Our University is ready to welcome students with a 50% discount to five undergraduate programs for the 2026-2027 academic year. In addition to their full-scholarship quotas, our History, New Media and Communication, Law, Psychology, and Islamic Studies undergraduate programs will also admit students with a 50% discount in the new term.
Student admissions to our History, New Media and Communication, Law, and Islamic Studies programs among the 50% discounted programs have been limited to a success ranking criterion of the top 50,000, while admissions to our Psychology program have been limited to the top 100,000.

The 50% discounted quotas offer access, along with full-scholarship students, to one-on-one education opportunities with our University’s distinguished academics, teaching assistantships, international collaborations, double major and minor opportunities, and many other exclusive academy and career-oriented opportunities provided by our University.
Moreover, an additional 30% discount is provided on top of the 50% discount for students who rank programs with 50% discounted quotas of Ibn Haldun University in their first choice or in all of their top 3 choices and are placed.
Thanks to the “Hafız Scholarship” the scholarship rate of students who present a valid Hafız Certificate during the registration process is topped up to 100%.
In addition, our students placed in the 50% discounted quotas are provided with a laptop computer, as well as dormitory, dining, and İstanbulkart monthly subscription support.
