Applications for TercihFest, planned to be held on August 1-2-3, 2026, at the Ibn Haldun University Başakşehir Complex, closed as of July 8.
University candidates from all over Türkiye applied for TercihFest ‘26, which will be organized with a design aimed at helping candidates make the right choices so that students taking the 2026 YKS exam can spend their preference period more consciously and enjoyably.
Students from many cities across our country will be able to gain prior experience and insights into the departments they are considering choosing by taking part in workshops led by expert academics within the scope of TercihFest. They will also gain different perspectives through exemplary career stories and unique experiences shared by summit speakers. Thus, they will both experience being a university student and receive support in the university and department selection process by discovering their fields of interest.
This year, within the scope of TercihFest, prominent figures ranging from the President of the Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, A. Burak Dağlıoğlu, to the Director General of Anadolu Agency, Serdar Karagöz; from the UNESCO Permanent Representative and Ambassador, Prof. Gülnur Aybet, to the President of SONAR, Hakan Bayrakçı; and from the President of Religious Affairs, Safi Arpaguş, to Football Manager Nuri Şahin and Businessperson Ali Ülker, will come together with candidate students in Summit Speeches and conference sessions.
A safe and fulfilling university experience awaits our candidate university students in the company of our mentor students during this three-day program enriched with cultural and social activities.
The names of those entitled to participate in TercihFest, which received an intense volume of applications this year as well, will be announced in the coming days.
